More details for your first inquiry.

What is TropiCoco’s role?

TropiCoco is an Indonesian coconut-shell charcoal trading brand. We help buyers define a product brief and coordinate sourcing, packaging requirements, and export discussions with production partners.

Can I request a sample first?

Yes. Tell us the product, preferred dimensions, and destination. We will confirm sample availability, cost, and shipping arrangements before you proceed.

Are the specifications on this website guaranteed?

The displayed figures are reference targets for initial discussions. Final specifications, tolerances, test methods, and acceptance terms must be agreed in writing after sample evaluation and relevant lab documentation.

Can you supply our own branded packaging?

Share your pack sizes, artwork, and destination labeling requirements. Private-label and custom packaging options are subject to production feasibility and an agreed order quantity.

What is the minimum order?

Container orders are the planning basis: approximately 18 tonnes in a 20-foot container or 26 tonnes in a 40-foot container. Actual loading depends on product, packaging, shipping limits, and the final quotation.

How do I get a price and delivery estimate?

Send your selected product, quantity, packaging, destination port, and timing. We will discuss availability and prepare a quotation with the applicable trade terms. A reference production window is 4–6 weeks after specification, artwork, and deposit approval; your confirmed quotation controls.
